I knew what I wanted to do and what my goals were in the future, but it really put it into perspective and made me realize that all my dreams and goals could be closer than I think. It also made me think about obstacles that could get in my way to obtain my goals, but also made me realize that there are also solutions to those obstacles. It felt good to actually write everything down on paper. It was as if I was taking another step forward in the journey that is my life. I look forward to the day when I can look back on this list and smile because I know that I did it. I will apply to colleges, being accept into schools, and graduate high school all in one year. I learned that I have a lot of obtainable goals in my life which is a very good thing because they are realistic, but also what I will be happy with. This would be a good exercise for others because it is something that helps you focus on your future and realize what is ahead of you. It is strange to think that I will be moving on soon, but I knew that it was coming and that it has to happen like that.
